Executive Candidate Profile

Director of Human Resources (HR) responsible for the operations function within a manufacturing company. An HR partner to Vice President of Operations who supports 750+ employees and two direct reports while providing oversight of global operations to ensure consistent practices across the organization.

Deep knowledge and experience leading change initiatives that range from advancing relevancy to improving efficiencies. Ability to assess the appropriate framework and custom design an effective methodology. Over 20 years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure to multiple industries and functional areas which has instilled the capability to be versatile in the design approach.

Support leadership teams to reach their next level of potential through fostering skills that migrate individual leaders to contribute collectively in order to resolve complex problems.
